What is your New Year’s Resolution?
Does it include improving your dental health?
Sometimes we set ourselves up for failure by setting big goals. Small steps can get you far, if you are consistent.
In reference to your oral health, small steps could be as simple as buying a toothbrush and keeping it at work to use it after lunch. That extra cleaning a day will prevent cavities and keep your teeth cleaner, as well as keeping your breath fresh
Another simple step is using the floss once a day. This should only take about a minute and will definitely prevent tartar build up. Change from sugary, sticky foods to healthy nuts, fruits and vegetables as snacks.
Finally, if you haven’t seen a dentist in years, make this a priority in 2014. Modern dentistry has many preventive procedures that will keep your teeth healthy for years to come.
Have a blessed 2014, full of health and big, bright smiles!
